Meet Our Staff

Lauren Molina
Owner / Founder

Lauren received her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Seton Hall University. She began her career in Advertising and Promotions but quickly learned that her passion in life was not going to be found within a cubicle. She left corporate America to pursue a career working with pets and has been a full time pet sitter since opening Canine Concierge in 2004. She has inspired many of her friends to leave their desk jobs and pursue their dreams.

Lauren lives in Lake Parsippany with her husband, Gene; daughter, Gia; their cat, Autumn, and their many vacationing dog-guests! In recent years, with growing demand from pet owners wanting Lauren’s superior care for their pets, she was able to expand her business to include additional, highly-qualified pet sitters. Most of her time is spent managing her business. In her spare time, Lauren enjoys playing tennis, practicing yoga, reading, traveling, cooking and coming up with the next big idea! Lauren cares for pets in the Parsippany area as well as in her home. You can often hear her remarking, “This is too much fun to be called work!”

Kim W.
Pet Care Specialist
Kim is currently a stay-at-home mom who lives in the Rock Ridge section of Denville, NJ with her husband, Ted, daughter, Julia, and her lab/collie mix, Kipper! She earned her BA in Psychology from George Mason University and performed a variety of jobs prior to starting her family; among them, Executive Assistant, Market Research Analyst, Blogger, and, most recently, Preschool Teaching Assistant. To each of these jobs, she brought her passion for establishing and cultivating relationships, whether through personal interaction or the written word.

She has a lifetime of pet care experience as well as 10 years of pet-sitting experience (for family and friends) and loves animals of all kinds. She prides herself on being outgoing, observant, compassionate, reliable, responsible, and fun! In her free time, Kim enjoys cooking, reading, singing, sketching, and spending time with family and friends. Sandy L.

Client Relations Manager/Pet Care Specialist

Sandy received her Bachelor’s Degree in Audio Engineering in 2010. In her final year she realized her passion was not music but relationships. She got married to her college boyfriend in 2013 and had children shortly after. She now has 2 beautiful toddler girls and 1 silly dog. When her youngest was born with Atresia Microtia, she decided to be a stay-at-home mom to care for her daughter’s needs. Now that they are ready for full time preschool she chose to pursue a different career choice, pets!
When she adopted Ditzy, her dog, she fell in love with animals. Ditzy was such a loving and energetic dog that they needed to get training for her. Sandy could not stop her from jumping up 5 feet and kissing everyone on the mouth. So she learned to understand and care for her the right way. Now that Ditzy has turned 7, they are ready to adopt another dog-but not until they find their forever home. In the meantime, she is enjoying her time with all of her new pet friends she has met at Canine Concierge.
Isabella F.
Pet Care Specialist
Isabella (Belle) joined Canine Concierge in 2018. She is currently a college student working to be an elementary school teacher. She loves working to help others and ensuring that she can create a welcoming and fun environment wherever she works. She grew up in Missouri and later moved to New Jersey where her love for animals only grew. Over the years, her family gradually added to her family: birds, bunnies, turtles, fish, cats, and dogs. She loves to care for animals and spending time with them. Especially since each animal has its own unique personality!

Belle also loves the outdoors. Whether it be walking, running, hiking, reading in a hammock or solely enjoying the beautiful breeze, spending time outdoors is her favorite activity! She has three brothers, and when she watches her youngest brother, most of their time is spent outdoors. “Taking care of others is something I am passionate about and I find inner joy in doing it.”

Ria K.

Ria is a full-time student studying sociology and anthropology at Ramapo College. She is an animal lover and has been training her dogs for her whole life and hopes to train service dogs when she graduates college. Ria loves all animals–from dogs to fish, she loves them all! She has a Maltese named Madison, a betta fish named Marcus and a dwarf hamster, named Rosie.

Some of her hobbies include singing, playing the ukulele and hiking. She hopes to work with dogs and eventually open her own business training dogs.

Most weekends you can find Ria going for long walks with her dog or hiking at the Ramapo Valley Reservation. She also spends time training her dog and her cousin’s dog, Maui, in her free time.

Sydney R.

Pet Care Specialist
Sydney is currently a student at the County College of Morris, studying to be a K-6th-grade teacher but is still exploring all avenues of possibility! She grew up with animals all her life, from having birds, hamsters, fish, turtles, dogs, and her first kitten just last year. She has a lot of pet care experience and Canine Concierge is happy to have found such a gem in Sydney. Her personal hobbies include hiking, adventuring, finding new music, and trying different foods (food is the key to her heart)! She currently has a dog named Shea, which her family rescued her from St. Hubert’s Animal Rescue, and Shea is one amazing pup; “She is so sweet but with a silly side!” As well as her dog, she just recently got a cat and couldn’t be happier!

Sydney’s previous jobs included working with kids as a kindergarten counselor for an after-school program as well as a cashier at a grocery store. She is outgoing and very energetic–a perfect fit for Canine Concierge and all our furry friends. “I promise to treat every animal like my own no matter what size or breed, as I believe all animals should be treated with all the love a person can give.”

Gene M.

Gina B.
Pet Care Specialist
After 25 years in Advertising, Gina decided to follow her true calling of taking care of animals. As a child she was shy, and her parents quickly realized that she was more comfortable around animals than people. She was lucky enough that they allowed her to have many pets growing up: dogs, cats, rabbits, hamsters, turtles, lizards & birds! All of her life people have said she is like the “Pied Piper” of the animal world; they follow her like little lambs! She is also very energy sensitive and can easily pick up on how they are feeling.

Gina’s caring, free spirit nature assures many that their pets are well taken care of. She is currently mom to a black lab named Dino, whom she adores! Her hobbies include spending time in Woodstock, NY, cooking, wine tastings & binge watching Game of Thrones.

Dave S.
Pet Care Specialist
Dave enjoyed growing up in Caldwell, NJ. After graduating from James Caldwell High, he went on to earn his Bachelor’s degree from Columbia International University in South Carolina. During this time he was married and over time had six children, who are now grown and married and have families of their own. He is now enjoying six amazing grandchildren who are keeping him young at heart. From dogs to cats, rabbits, and even fish, pets have always been in his home. Dogs and cats of all kind are his favorite. They were always an integral part of home life through the years. They always brought him joy even when they were naughty! There was always an opportunity to teach those furry friends, yet, at the same time, there was always a lot to learn from them as well. He is excited to be part of the family at Canine Concierge, so he can continue to love on these 4-legged friends, who are a wonderful extension of our human families.
