Signature Care: 30 Minute Member Dog Walks
Member rate starting at $30 weekdays for 5+ walks per week; $32 for 2-4 walks per week; +$10 weekends
We are pleased to provide dog walking services Monday-Friday and on weekends between 9:00 am and 6:00 pm. Before and after hours care is available by request for an additional fee.
Our member visits include:
- Walking your dog at your preferred time window
- Inclusivity of all pets within the household (no extra cost for an additional dog)
- Providing healthy exercise and a fun sensory experience
- Cleaning your dog after coming in from outside (and tick check)
- Feeding your dog and/or providing fresh water/treats
- Training reinforcement
- Grooming & pampering your dog, such as brushing out coat
- Light pet-related housekeeping (cleaning up accidents or food/water spills)
- Bringing in your mail/packages
- Providing you with an emailed/texted report along with photos
- Access to our app/portal, with timed check-ins and direct messaging with your sitter
Premium Care: Member Nature Walks
Member rate starting at $50 weekdays for 5+ walks per week; $52 for 2-4 walks per week; +$10 weekends
We are pleased to provide this fun and enriching addition to our dog walking service: 50 minute nature walks. Nature walks can be scheduled during non-peak hours Mon-Fri and anytime on the weekends.
Our member visits include everything in our Signature Walks, plus:
- Transportation to and from a local park, trail or scenic location, or we can keep it closer to home- your choice
- Providing healthy, fun exercise and mental stimulation in varying environments for your dog- while safely on-leash
- Providing fresh water/treats throughout the walk
FAQs
When I press the button to start my membership/claim my perks, what happens next?
You will be taken to an account request form with basic questions, such as name, town, and services you are interested in. This allows us to verify that you are within our service area. Once you are approved for an account, you will be given access to your client portal where you will set up a password. Once inside the portal, it will walk you through the onboarding process. In the meantime, someone from our team will reach out to set up a meeting at your convenience. Please note, there is no obligation to sign up for a membership! If you are unsure of what would be best for you and your pet, we recommend setting up a 15 minute call to discuss options ahead of an in-person meeting.
I would prefer to talk on the phone before setting up an in-person meeting. How can I do that?
If you are not sure which options are best for your pup, we recommend setting up a fifteen minute call with us. You can use our calendly link to book a call. You can also use this link to book an in-person meeting when you are ready. We recommend completing the account request form first, so we can make sure that we service your area.
What if my schedule changes week to week?
Totally okay — life happens, and we get it.
To qualify for membership, we require at least two walks per week. Those walks don’t have to be on the same days each week, and you’re always welcome to add more visits when you need them.
Here’s how our member pricing works:

5+ walks per week: $30 per walk

2–4 walks per week: $32 per walk

Less than 2 walks per week: falls back to our $40 drop-in rate
We ask that members send us their schedule for the upcoming week by Saturday, so we can build a smooth, reliable schedule for everyone (our walkers thank you in advance).
If you occasionally drop down to one walk in a week, that’s not a problem — we won’t kick you out of the club. That said, if it starts to become a regular pattern, we’ll need to switch you to our non-member drop-in rate, and membership perks would no longer apply.
Our goal is to keep things fair for everyone — especially members who are consistently scheduling two or more walks per week — while still being flexible when life throws a curveball.
What if I sign up for two walks a week and end up only using one?
If you only need one walk in a particular week, that visit will simply be billed at our $40 drop-in rate for that week.
Occasional changes happen, and that’s totally fine. If dropping to one walk a week becomes a regular pattern, we’ll switch your account to our non-member drop-in rate, and membership perks would no longer apply.
We want membership to stay fair for clients who consistently schedule two or more walks per week — while still being flexible when life gets busy. No awkward conversations, we promise! We will reach out first and adjust if your needs change.
What if I sign up for three walks a week, but end up using five?
No problem — our scheduling system automatically adjusts your rate for you.
If you move from 2–4 walks per week into the 5+ walks per week tier, your rate will automatically drop to the lower $30 per walk for that week. No emails, no spreadsheets, no “hey just checking…” messages required.
We’re always happy to add extra walks whenever you need them. We just ask for as much advance notice as possible, since same-day requests can be tricky depending on walker availability.
The more notice you give us, the easier it is for us to make it happen — and we love making it happen.
Can you tell me more about the promotional rate? How do I qualify for the $150 credit?
Our $150 new-client membership credit is a limited-time promotion and is available to new clients only.
To qualify for the full $150 credit, clients must:

Commit to a recurring schedule of five walks per week

Maintain that schedule for at least one month
The credit is applied to your first week of walks.
If you schedule fewer than five walks during that first week, the credit will be applied only to the walks that actually occur (for example, three walks = credit for three walks).
To keep things simple and fair:

The maximum credit is for up to five walks

All credited walks must take place during the first week

Unused promotional credits do not roll over into future weeks
This promotion may end once our schedule fills, so we recommend taking advantage of it while it’s available.
What if I am already a member? Can I qualify for the promotional credit?
We love referrals — they’re the best kind of compliment.
If you refer a new client who signs up for a VIP membership (at least two recurring walks per week), and they complete their first full month of recurring walks, you’ll receive a $100 credit applied to your account.

No awkward selling, no pyramid schemes — just a thank-you for spreading the word.
What if we go on vacation and need to skip a week, or if I am a teacher and don’t need service during the summer months?
Totally understandable — everyone needs time off (including dogs with their people).
If you’re away for a short vacation or miss an occasional week, your membership stays active and your rate remains the same.
For longer breaks (like summer travel or seasonal schedules — we see you, teachers 👋), we’ll temporarily pause your membership and switch you to our non-member drop-in rate when you resume services.
Once you’re ready to return to a recurring schedule of two or more walks per week, you can rejoin the membership at the current rate and perks, based on availability at that time. If you are concerned about losing your spot, we recommend continuing on an abbreviated schedule (such as twice a week) until you are ready to return to full time.
We always recommend giving us as much notice as possible so we can plan ahead and hold spots where we can — future you will be very glad you did.
My dog is anxious and does best with the same walker each time; or, my dog prefers females. Can you guarantee the same walker each time and can I choose a female walker?
This may be the most common question we receive. We work as a team and shift-based business, so we cannot guarantee the same walker each time, and we cannot guarantee a female walker. What we can guarantee is that all of our walkers are trained to work with dogs of varying personalities. We have had a lot of success with dogs that have previously been anxious around men or new faces. If you are willing to give it a try, we will be happy to work with you and your dog. We do not accept dogs that are aggressive or that would benefit from a trainer versus a walker. We are happy to make recommendations for trainers that can help with those issues.
